Fees and Charges

Current fees and charges

We are a private billing practice and fees apply for the services we provide. The length of your appointment time will determine the fee for your consultation. Our practice endeavors to identify potential costs to patients and to inform patients where there will be an out-of-pocket expense at our practice. Our reception team will give you a quote for any services that do not relate to the standard Medicare schedule for your financial consent prior to your consultation.

The billing practices vary with each doctor so please speak to one of our reception team if you have any concerns about your appointment and its cost.  The reception team can provide you with a detailed schedule of practice fees including the Medicare rebate. Payment is expected at the time of the consultation, and we accept Mastercard, Visa and all debit cards as well as cheques and cash. Please note that a cancellation fee of $30.00 will be billed if you do not give a minimum of 24-hours notice prior to cancellation of your appointment.

People who are eligible to be bulk billed are:

  • Children 14 years of age and under
  • DVA gold card holders
