Pre-Employment Medicals

Pre-employment medicals are completed by our General Practitioners with assistance from one of our experienced practice nurses. These medicals are customised to assess a candidate’s suitability for the proposed employment. You will be provided with specific paperwork by the organisation requesting the medical. Please ensure you bring this with you to your appointment.

Allow at least an hour for your examination. Times can vary depending on the specific

medical tests required by your employer. Examples of these tests can include visual acuity, audiometry, spirometry, ECG, blood tests, urine examination, elicit substance testing, review of your medical history and a medical examination by a doctor. The Medical examiner will complete the report on the potential employee’smedical, physical & overall capacity to work and send to the requesting company.
